Merchant Growth Survey Prize Draw – Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA, EXCLUDING QUEBEC. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Contest Period
The Merchant Growth Survey Prize Draw (“Contest”) begins on August 26, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Merchant Growth (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, eligible participants must complete the online customer survey provided by Merchant Growth during the Contest Period.
At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to enter the prize draw by providing their contact information. Entry into the prize draw is optional and not required to complete the survey. Limit one (1) entry per person.
4. Prize
There are three (3) prizes available to be won: each consisting of a $50 CAD Amazon gift card (or a comparable prepaid gift card of equivalent value). Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or around Sepember 17, 2025. Selected entrants will be contacted via the email address provided and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and confirm their eligibility in order to be declared a winner. If a selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days or fails to meet any contest requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Contest will be used solely for Contest administration and in accordance with Merchant Growth’s Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. It is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
